2. Nature of the Tool

EstiMate is an estimation aid. The "Monte Carlo" simulations and risk calculations are mathematical projections based on the inputs you provide. They are estimates only, not guarantees of future costs or profits.

You are solely responsible for the final quotes you provide to your clients.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of EstiMate shall not be liable for any financial losses, under-quoted projects, or damages arising from the use of this App.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
